As you sit comfortably on your balcony , you can look down onto the magnificently green 18-hole course of Les Fontenelles. From there, your eyes can follow the delightful patchwork fields of the Vendée as they stretch towards the horizon.
A touch of blue to counteract so much green comes in the shape of an enormous private swimming pool. It's just waiting for you and the children to go down and enjoy yourselves splashing about in the water. On the other hand, perhaps you and your partner would rather play tennis on one of the courts while the children have a great time pony trekking from the nearby centre. There are also lovely cycle tracks that will take you gently across country to the pretty seaside resort of St Gilles Croix de Vie, just under 5 miles away. |
