Océan Vendée Vacances is an offshoot that brings together the expertise of the property management group GRENON IMMOBILIER and the holiday company G.P.L.

GRENON IMMOBILIER is part of Century 21 property group and has specialised in the holiday letting market on the Vendée coast of France since 1984.

GPL is also responsible for running seven apartments blocks where hotel-type services are provided along the Vendée coast.

These two companies, already well known in their local area, have pooled their considerable experience into developing tailor-made and freedom holidays under the label Océan Vendée Vacances.
